No. Classes are streamed by level and capped at eight people, so the instructor can correct each person individually. Most members start with mat fundamentals and move to the reformer within a few weeks.
The schedule opens seven days ahead. You book from the website once you have credits on your account.
Cancel at least twelve hours before the class and the credit returns to your account automatically. Later than that and the credit is used.
You buy a package of credits and spend one per class. Single-discipline packages hold one kind of credit; combo packages hold reformer and mat credits counted separately. Every package has an expiry date.
Grip socks are required for reformer classes and are available at reception. Arrive ten minutes early so the instructor can set up your machine.
Card online through Kashier, InstaPay transfer, or cash at the studio. Card payments post credits to your account instantly; transfers and cash post once reception confirms them.
